Since its establishment in December 2007, the firm has been participated in a few notable PPP transactions, including acting as counsel to a consortium between one of the Philippines’ largest conglomerates and one of the Philippines’ established construction contractors for a PPP undertaking with a local water utility under the 2013 NEDA joint venture guidelines. The firm also acted as counsel to the consortium of lenders of the bidders for the Mactan Cebu International Airport PPP project.
